City Attorney The City of Marion City Attorney is the legal advisor to the Marion City Council and representative for the legal affairs of the city. The City Attorney provides timely, reliable, and professional legal services to the City, prosecute traffic infractions and misdemeanors occurring within the City limits and prepares and reviews legal documents for the city. The City of Marion City Attorney is Daniel Baldwin. Mr. Baldwin earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Friends University and graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Juris Doctorate degree and was admitted to the Kansas Bar Association. Mr. Baldwin served as the Marion County Attorney before becoming the attorney for the City of Marion. He is a member of the Marion County and Kansas Bar Associations.
