Municipal Court The Marion Municipal Court handles traffic infractions and misdemeanors occuring within the city limits. The Marion Municipal Court is held the last Wednesday of every month at 3:00 pm in the City Council Meeting Room at 203 N. Third Street. The Honorable Randy Pankratz is the Marion Municipal Court Judge.Keith Collette is the City Attorney. Tickets that do not require a court appearance can be paid at the City Clerk's Office anytime prior to the scheduled court date. |
