Municipal Court

Overview

The Marion Municipal Court handles traffic infractions and misdemeanors occurring within the city limits.

The Marion Municipal Court is held the last Wednesday of every month at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Room located in the basement of the city building at 203 N. Third Street.

Tickets that do not require a court appearance can be paid at the City Clerk's Office anytime prior to the scheduled court date.

The Honorable Brandy Roy-Bachman is the Marion Municipal Court Judge.

Zach Strella is the City Prosecutor.
