Cemetery Sexton: The City of Marion is seeking a full time cemetery sexton.  This employee is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cemetery, preparing graves for funerals, maintains cemetery grounds, roads, buildings and equipment. Patrol Officer: The City of Marion is seeking a full-time patrol officer. This employee provides citizen assistance, enforces all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, and performs routine patrol duties. Making arrests, issuing traffic citations, and investigating crimes and accidents are the primary responsibilities of this position. This employee should possess excellent communication and public relations skills. Benefits include: KP&F retirement, paid health insurance for employee, dental insurance, paid life insurance policy, 20% discount on utilities, holidays, vacation leave, sick leave and comp time availability. This position may involve some adverse working conditions and must have the ability to pass and maintain all physical activities and requirements of the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center requirements. Salary based upon experience.
